Message From the Chairman of the Board
Dear Colleagues,
In 1970, under the leadership of our late father and Honorary President, Mehmet Erdemoğlu, we began our journey in Gaziantep with only two carpet weaving looms in a small workshop. Today, we take pride in having grown into a diversified holding company, successfully operating not only across our beloved homeland but also in nearly 100 countries around the world.
Guided by the timeless principles of our late Honorary President and fueled by the dedication, commitment, and hard work of our esteemed colleagues, we have expanded beyond national borders and become a global export champion through the strength of our companies in various sectors.
The milestones we have reached were once the goals we envisioned at the outset of our journey. Yet, we do not regard these achievements as sufficient. We constantly look ahead, knowing that complacency leads to stagnation, and stagnation inevitably results in decline. In today’s rapidly changing and evolving world, there is no place for standing still.
Inspired by the words of our Great Leader, Mustafa Kemal Atatürk “Those who set out with the determination never to rest will never grow tired” and “Those who seek a life of comfort without working, learning, or striving will lose first their dignity, then their freedom, and ultimately their future” we remain committed to working tirelessly and with greater determination every day.
On this path, we have always placed human values at the core of our philosophy. We make no distinction between East or West, North or South; nor do we judge based on religion, language, or race. We value people simply for being human and we will never abandon this guiding principle.
With these values as our foundation, we will continue to pursue progress with unrelenting determination, striving not only to build a stronger company, but also to contribute to a stronger Türkiye and a better future for the world.
