Human Resources Practices

At our Company, a grading system is applied to white-collar employees in line with SASA procedures, which defines job size and compensation structure. The recruitment process is conducted based on role descriptions and areas of responsibility. Our hiring practices are designed to attract qualified talent who not only meet the requirements of the open position but also embody SASA values, are open to growth and change, demonstrate self-confidence and the courage to embrace transformation, are well-educated, and possess the competencies to make a meaningful impact in their roles.

Compensation

The compensation system for employees is structured based on job evaluation results and market data.

Benefits

Accident insurance, meal, and transportation services are provided for all our employees.
All employees are covered by supplementary health insurance.
All employees receive holiday allowances during religious holidays.
For white-collar employees in certain grades, employer-contributed private pension plans and life insurance are provided.

Training and Personal Development Programs

Orientation Program

A unit visitation program designed to help newly hired white-collar employees get to know the departments and meet colleagues.

In-House Training Program

Mandatory training programs including Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental topics, technical training, Management Systems (ISO 9001-14001-18001-27001-50001), SASA Code of Ethics, and others.

Personal Development Training Programs

Training programs which are designed in line with white-collar employees’ individual development areas and the requirements of their roles, supporting personal and professional growth.

Professional Development Trainings

External certification programs, seminars, and courses attended by employees to enhance their knowledge and skills and support their professional development.
