New Company from SASA Polyester  

SASA Polyester has established a new company named "SASA Rafineri A.Ş."
As decided by the Board of Directors, SASA Polyester Sanayi A.Ş. has established a new company called "SASA Rafineri A.Ş." in which it holds 100% of the shares, to carry out the planned Refinery and Petrochemical Facility investment in Yumurtalık, Adana. The company's capital has been set at 100 million TL.
According to the announcement made to the KAP, the decision was made on August 25, 2025, and registered with the approval of the majority of independent board members. The new company will operate in an area declared as a Special Industrial Zone with a Presidential decree published in the Official Gazette on August 16, 2025. In addition to the refinery and petrochemical facility, logistics, infrastructure, and production facilities will also be established within the scope of the project.
